Go in to Office Depot for a printer. Called before I went, and the person that answered the phone said they have plenty in stock. I get there, and they have maybe 10% of the displayed printers in stock with no marking of which ones are out of stock. So I finally get ready to settle for a display model (HP OfficeJet Pro 8025). I am waiting for help to buy an expensive printer while the guy who is supposed to help me is talking someone through opening a file up on his laptop by phone. He even made sure I asked for him when I got here. Not impressed.
