Every time I need something printed your printer is NOT WORKING!! Your always send my project to the New Garden Rd store.
Horrible customer service......the girl at the register made eye contact with me when I entered the store; never greeted me upon entry or when I went to the register. Instead of a 'thank you' when she handed me my change, she said 'here you go'. And go I did.....right to Staples.
