Ordered items online, and received an email stating they were ready. Arrived to find half of my order was out of stock. The solution was for them to credit my card and I would have to reorder my items again and choose shipping. Told the manager they should look at fixing this, as Amazon would crush them with this type of system. His response was “Amazon is cliche and over rated.” Looks like Office Depot is destined for Toys r Us fate with that kind of thinking! Back to Amazon I go!
