Office Depot blotched a small prepaid printing job and then CALLED THE POLICE when we requested a refund. Hard to recommend that kind of customer service!
Absolutely terrible company, won’t ever go back in their store!
I tried to drop off a spiral job on Friday and they stated it wouldn’t be ready until Monday. Completely unacceptable! If you’re that backed up you need to bring in additional employees.

The store manager for some reason treats me like an second class citizen. It got a little better last summer. When in today and back to normal of her attitude of how dare you come into my store.
I have tried numerous times to get printing done through Office Depot. Their online service is so poorly run. I spent over an hour getting documents onto their site to print that I need in 24 hours. They first said it would be 7-10 days to be sent to them. Then they told me to email it to them so I did - THREE TIMES. They never received it. Same song different dance. I'll NEVER purchase from them again.
I find it disappointing to go to Office Depot to get what's in their sale ad for the sale price, only to find out that out. Which is understandable because everywhere Runs Out. You have a sign that says see an associate to order in store free delivery. When I go to do that I'm told I have to pay regular price not the sale price which is still going on. It's no surprise that Office Depot is in financial trouble. Why would I pay full price for these items when you have a sale going on.
I took my iPhone 6 Plus in there to be repaired. I couldn't be more happy with the price, speed l, convenience, and most of all the customer service!
