Had a great experience in OD this morning. Veronica (copy & print supervisor) helped us out and was so helpful and courteous! She is a stand up employee showing great customer service.
If you ever use a warranty for something demand them to require a signature. I was to receive an almost 300 dollar gift card for a replacement computer under their warranty and they sent it through regular mail with no insurance or signature requirement (mistake number 1). The card was then placed in the wrong mailbox due to the incompetence of the mailman (woman) and when I called about it they helped me confirm who received it and ultimately spent it due and once I got police involved, they were absolutely uncooperative an... read more
I LUV MY JOB @ Office Dept, have been employed here for 19 years and never have looked for employment elsewhere the whole time, that says something about the Customers, Management, and Employees!!!! It is a family oriented amosphere, I will stay as long as they will have me or until Death or Retirement!!!!
