I would never shop at this store again. I have NEVER been soo chased by salesman in my life. It was BEYOND customer service... And boarder line stalking. Made the shopping experience HORRIBLE. Apparently in this store you are not allowed to walk around and view new products and gadgets. Its in in and out store. Very uncomfortable experience
I have made several online orders where the products were to be delivered to my home from the local OD. None of the orders have been delivered when originally scheduled and several of those have been returned to the store without my request for a return. I ordered a chair on Thursday, 6/2/16, for a delivery on 6/3/16. I called OD, customer service in the Philippines, and was told I would receive an email for the new delivery. I didn't so I called today, and was told that I would receive it on 6/7/16. I just received an email... read more
