These people are so inept I can't believe it. Yesterday I order 2 packages of tissues. Paid twice the normal price but I needed them. Got a text shortly after said there was a problem but they had charged my bank account. Called, clerk said there was mix up but they found the product. Told him would pick up tomorrow, he said ok. Checked bank account and charge was still there this morning. Went to the store and called from parking space. Clerk said I would have to come in and purchase them. It was SO incredibly HOT in this store that I wasn't able to shop, only had time to quickly grab some printer paper, pay and leave. It was horrible. The gentleman who waited on me was very nice, and very concerned about my health - I have CHF, and was feeling like I was going to pass out. I feel sorry for the staff that have to work without a/c. It's St. Louis, and it get really hot and humid here, so turn the a/c on and set the thermostat on a comfortable setting. Think of your customers and employees!
