Don’t trust the “technology experts” as I was told incorrect information and spent $230 that I can’t use how I was told.
I think the employees there are awful!!!!!! No one offered to help us, and when they did, they acted like it was painful. The service there was awful. My daughter even got upset and she doesn't usually get that way, so the service was really bad!!!!!!!
I called this store this afternoon at 1pm to check on a print order I placed last night. I was put on hold and then a guy came back on the line and stated that the print shop was busy and asked for my name and number to have someone call me back later. I never heard back from anyone. I called again at 4 pm and finally after 10 minutes I talked to a girl who told me that my order would not be ready until 9:50pm tonight and they close at 9pm.
