The new manager, John, has really re-organized the store in a great way. The store look better and the employees are super friendly and helpful.
I'm not sure why it took 30 mins to get a manager to help fill out a sheet to have pages laminated while all the other employees screwed around. The sheet took less than 1 minute to fill out. When my husband asked the manager she rolled her eyes. This was the manager on duty. This is not the way you do business. Plenty other places to go.
I went to that store and the store manager service was not good.
Don't know who made Jacob Menjivar a manager. He doesn't deserve to be one.
