Don’t waste your time taking FedEx packages there. No matter what I’ve taken there they’ve always said they can’t take it. Even items that weren’t fragile. I finally asked what they can take and the lady said, “blankets or stuffed animals… maybe.” FedEx should remove them as a third party because they are NOT a third party. They bait and switch people to get them into the store to buy their over-priced paper products. I guess the store is always empty for a reason. They like wasting people’s time and gas.

The experience with the boy Alexander was frustrating. We traveled an hour and a half to buy labels and request printing and he didn't want to help us. He was totally unoccupied and repeated you have to do it yourself!! I commented that previously the boy who was in his place helped us do it and said that it is not allowed. I returned home disappointed from my favorite store 🥹🥲

Very poor customer service at Bridger. The staff was not helpful at all, and the whole experience was frustrating. I expected much better service and professionalism. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place based on the service I received.
