The doors says the open at 9am I’m here at 10:31 and all the doors are locked. Wouldn’t waste my gas coming back.
Went in for ink that online said they had in store. Turns out they don’t carry Lexmark supplies. I know I looked like a lost puppy trying to find them and not one person asked me for help. I finally made eye contact with a lady and she made it clear that she had better things to do than help me. Buy your printer supplies online and from other retailers.
Cyrus was phenomenal! He stopped what he was doing to help us get the office chair we wanted he took it out to our vehicle with us. He was very friendly, kind and complementary of us. Five star review for this extra miler employee!
I came into Office Depot specifically for printer ink — the exact brand their website says is carried in-store. No “online only” tag, nothing misleading… or so I thought. I get to the store and, shockingly, they don’t carry it. When I asked an employee, the response I got was, “Yeah, they made a mistake.” It’s pretty amazing how often this company’s “mistakes” conveniently waste the customer’s time.
