This was the worst customer service I've experienced in a retail store. When I walked in, both employees at the front registers were on their phones. I asked where the Avery labels were, spent about 15 minutes trying to find the right ones, and not once did either employee check to see if I needed help. When I went to check out, both were still on their phones. The cashier handed his phone to the other employee and said, "Here, finish my game." Went in for help with the TSA Precheck application, and was assisted by Qortni and Cyrus. They were amazing! There was concern regarding documents and they took extra care and time to help me! Everything worked out great and the whole process was very fast, due to thier diligence! Thank you Qortni and Cyrus!
