If I could I would give a -100. Came in on Friday for print job. Was told job would be ready at 3 but paper work said 4. I arrived at 3:30 and was told they had not started on it. I arrived expecting to pick up my prepaid order and be on My way. Team member ( Paul) said he had just got there at 2 (same guy who took my order the day before). He stated that it would be obvious that it meant an estimated time.
