Done curb side to pick Up and printer and there service was terrible and they were rude
needed to get something faxed o. a saturday afternoon, so I thought I'd stop by Office Depot to get that done. I had 8 pages, single side only, almost $18.00!!! wth!!! They said anything without the local area code was long distance. it was a 1-800 #. And besides that customer service was pretty much nonexistent.
This store has the worst management. Just stood at the front cash register for over 5 min and was never waited on. They either need to have self-checkout or put a sign at the register that it is closed. This is not the first time but will certainly be the last
Office Depot they advertised a price match guarantee but went there show the link and everything but they wouldn't price match. PRICE MATCH NOT GUARANTEED don't waste your time.
Went to Office Depot on the Outerloop. I found an item they apparently " over discounted " and picked up a few to buy. I had already cashed out, payed the cashier, finished my transaction and got my receipt. the girl was bagging the items and the manager says "oh you can't sell those they were supposed to have been pulled off the shelves you have to refund him" so it's their fault they didn't do their job , I've already paid for and got a receipt for the items and she makes the cashier refund the money , as I wait for her to... read more
