I was the Assistant Manager at this store, and today, the store location is permanently closed.

If I could post a zero, I would. Office Depot failed to send important documents via USPS. I never received a satisfactory answer as to how this happened other than the package containing my documents must have gotten mixed up with some Fed Ex packages and somehow were never processed. The assistant manager on duty was very little help and was more interested in me "moving on" than trying to get to the bottom of the matter. He promised to call me as a follow up but never did. Absolutely horrible customer service!
So lucky that the manager Garrett from marble falls promptly assisted me today with all of my needs!
Really great service from the two folks who brought my order to my vehicle for curbside. Helped me configure it into my vehicle with patience and care. I then had to run inside and one of the two helped me again - nearly anxious to be sure I was squared away. Nice work guys! Also the store was clean, and organized. Update: really poor customer service from two of the four individuals on duty. They watched me stand at the shipping counter and didn’t offer to help or call someone on their already in-ear radios….
