My mom and I went to this store this morning (Christmas eve) to look for an office chair. There was only one other customer in the store. No one ever came back to see if we needed help. We had to hunt someone to help us after several minutes. We finally got the guy up front off of his cell phone long enough to go get the chair and bring it to the front and check us out. I think it’s unreasonable to spend an hour trying to print invitations. The person in the print shop was overly aggressive about ordering online. I assume because she didn’t know what she was doing. I had to tell her multiple times that online was giving me issues. Management refused to help the poor associate when she she needed help. When the store manager finally came over to help she had an attitude. You would think if an associate is struggling management would save them.
