This was my first time shopping at Office Depot and it will for sure be my last. I ordered a desk offline. We got there to pick it up and it said box 1 of 2. So I asked the girl if we needed another box she said no that was only if we ordered the hutch to go with it. Long story short we got home and did need the other box. Highly disappointed! I went in on Saturday to order bookmarks. At which time, I was told that they would be ready on Monday. Received a call on Monday to say it would be Wednesday before they were ready. I called in to check on my order today, and was told it would be another couple of days (not definite date). I even opted to cut the bookmarks myself... I understand sometimes that staffing can cause a kink in production. But I just can't handle indifference...
I recently went to print my logo at the store which I have patronized several times before. The young lady at the desk told me that she could not scan my logo and send it to my email and that I needed a flash drive or some type of device to save it on. I came back the next day to do just that with my Dell 500 gig flash drive.
