Friendly & helpful staff, great prices on photocopies
I am so completely pissed off at Office Depot. I purchased a laptop computer 4 years ago and bought their service plan. After the first year it needed the cooling fan replaced, and I needed a new battery. I've been battling to get my laptop repaired for the last 3 years, and they kept telling me they couldn't find my receipt showing my service plan. I gave them the credit card number, etc and they couldn't locate it. Now after I located my copy, and the plan has expired they somehow found it. Shocker! They will not honor it ... read more
If you dedicate part of your store to be a printing center than at least one person on shift should be trained to use it. The women attempting was not only poorly trained but was also rude and swearing. FY- not going back.
