Went in to get a portable scanner and some other items on 6/25/16. Wandered around looking for help for 10 minutes or so. When I finally saw someone, I asked for help with the scanners; "I'll be just a minute" was the response. Went to wait by said scanners. Another 10 minutes goes by, and still no help. Finally left. On my way out, all i see is red shirts standing around doing exactly nothing. You guys not only lost this $400 sale, but all my future business as well.
