This is my go to store. Staff is always very helpful.
Waiting to print something. A very angry looking employee just told me go to a computer and call an employee. It’s hard to get someones attention with a full place. No one asked me if I needed help. I approach the same employee and says just call one of them. Horrible customer service!!!
We had the best experience in the furniture dept. The employee Nick S. was awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!!
Hade the worst experence. They rang up my purchase and said there was an error i had to redo the transaction and they advised me if i get charged twice to come back and they will refund. I went back in with proof and they still wont do it stating it will get refunded as its an error and disregard it. That is false the bank let me know i have two transaction and they need to refund it. If the money is not refunded by monday i will make sure to go to higher grounds there
Couldn't pull up Google drive go print a school paper. Thanks office Depot .. you guys should have a 24 hour tech support line for your employees.. that's bad for business
At the counter to get my new brochure the attendant greeted me "What do you need? " I said excuse me? And she said it to me Again!!! I told usually you greet customers by saying "My I help you?" All she said is...okay... so disappointed with that type of treatment. Looking for manager now!!!
