Rude employees. Incompetent, never gets the order correct. Ever.
Customer service is terrible! Three people standing around one checkout lane talking about coffee and the one person actually working needed to answer the phone also! It was a ghost town inside the building so it was not like they were busy! Left my stuff on the counter and walked out......... Wonder why folks are shopping online??
Needs management/personnel with common sense!
Warranty on office chairs says 5 year, has Office Depots name all over it. Now office depot says its three years, and passes the buck to the manufacturer, which is impossible to get in touch with, even tried getting makers phone number from OD customer service. Buy these because of the warranty, and if the warranty is no good, nor is the business that sells them. BBB claim being filed now. Feel Ripped Off.
