Very unhappy and not pleased with how the company handed my online order. The representative couldn't tell me where my item was since the carrier said it has been delivered, but they never came to my house (I know because I have cameras). When I proceeded to ask for him to check where my item was he just kept saying it has been delivered. When I requested to speak to a manager, he wouldn't transfer me because his manager was "busy". Constantly surprised by how unhelpful the employees always are. I’ve never had an experience at this store that I didn’t feel in their way.
I was happy with all the help that I got in the store today when I was looking for stuff & asking questions. But The lady cashier--- Might need to go on a vacation & come back in a better mood.
I was very happy with the service and knowledgeable staff in helping me find a new computer for the best price. You guys rock. I was attended to right away when I came in to find a new computer and found the best deal with Adam's help. I even bought the display model for five percent off! I spent 15 minutes yesterday at WalMart standing by the display case for something more expensive and never was helped. I will come to your store anytime I need something!
