WOWzer! Paul in the Print Department is AMAZING! My client in Durham needed several items printed FAST for a major event. I set up & placed the order via Office Depot Online Services. Then I called the Durham Office Depot to confirm that my order was received. I talked with the charming (& probably handsome!) "Paul" who confirmed he had received the order. I asked how quickly my client could pick it all up tomorrow since I placed the order around 8:30 PM. He said to call first but probably by 9:30 AM. I was happy and hung up... read more
Need to make your staff happier. I walked in and no one smiled or said hello while I was obviously searching for something. Checking out was not okay either. You could tell the young lady was in a bad mood. She didn't even bother holding or asking how someone was doing. Moral in this place is down. Management needs to step it up. I will not return to this place. All I went in for was markers, I will from now on go to other office supply stores.
