Placed an in store pick up order. Went to pick up and they had given it to someone else. Said they go by “name not order number”. Very disappointing. Did not ask to check ID or anything so basically ANYONE can come in and pick up your order and there is nothing to prevent it from happening.
Extremely rude. Was told to take my business elsewhere. 4 people standing around doing nothing.
Best one in town and everyone is always some nice!!
Was ripped off 20$ and when tried to explain to mgt was told to have a great day Crappiest service ever
I absolutely cannot believe your company charges people $42.00 to use a self service fax machine. I had numerous other items I was going to purchase but when your cashier said $42.00 I could not believe my ears and told her to put everything back. I paid for my service but you should really be ashamed as a company to be ripping people off for their hard earned money. I will never buy anything in this store again!
