This store is absolutely the worst. I waited over 30 minutes to run off one copy. The store has only 1 employee working in printing. The other associate do NOT know how to work the machine. The other associate when asked could he run me a copy stated he had to write down a cell number for someone, and Zori the sales associate was so the rudest talking about me to another employee that I’m in such if a hurry. Long line waiting for assistance at copy center with only one employee on duty during lunch. Came back later after work and employee was extremely rude...like she was doing me a favor. Managers never even acknowledged me even though they were in and out of the copy center. I left and went across town to Staples.

I’m Alan. sometimes I am buying in your stores. Today I came in the store and I said I need help. Sales women said me I interest other customer. I will come nex. And I waited. But your staff did not come. I called him. She chatted and laughed with the customer. The staff's name is PAM ... And I couldn't find what I was looking for and I left without anything. I would complain to the staff about it. Please warn him.
