Received an email that my print order was ready for pickup. Placed order Wednesday but the printer was broken so order took longer than usual. Arrive to pick up and not only is the order not done because the machine is still broken, the order is closed out and can't be reopened. Staff acted like I was crazy for being upset that not only isn't the order ready so I wasted my time going to the store but that I now have to do it all over again and wait another day to get my order.
