That Office Depot needs to be closed down ... or revamp the staff .. I needed to laminate my sons name card .. I went to the copy center, .. the man at the copy center throw my purchases at me because I told him he was giving me wrong information.. He was very nasty .. not even a manage came to assist ..
Ordered online to pick up in-store on 5/17/18, only to arrive several hours after order was placed for them to tell me half of my order could not be filled because it was out of stock. You would think that someone for the store would have called. Not only that, I was told that I would only be charged for the items I received which was a lie and I have not received my partial refund and today is 5/21/18. This is unacceptable
I placed on online order for pick up today; got an email that my order was cancelled. I called the store and the young lady who answered the kept putting me on hold. Each time she came back to the phone I reiterated that I needed to speak with someone regarding my order. After a total hold time of 10+ minutes, I asked her to please not put me on hold anymore as I need to find out why the order was cancelled. She hung up the phone. Visited Office Depot a couple months ago. Have to say, the managers there REALLY dont treat the employees right! Ive heard yelling and cursing at the employeers on the floor. Ive seen comments and reviews below, and it seems to be happening quite often! Doesnt HR or DP care?
Poor service , staff could care less , displays need a good tidy , copiers need replacing
Usually it is a great experience when I go there, but today when went there I was observing an conversation between a manager and their co worker. The manager completely handled a situation unprofessionally on the floor yelling at her worker! And when I spoke to the manager Cynthia palaquet and explained to her she could have handled that in the back more professionally she looked at her and said she will be ok! Seriously!
