The young lady with black long hair cashier ignored me when I was on the line waiting for her and she was available to assist me without anyone in front of her. Bought a new office chair this morning but had to pay an extra $15 assembly fee even though it was already put together. I didn't like that especially since there were other chairs just like it on the floor.
This is the lazyiest bunch of people I have ever seen... Avoiding work at all cost.Take your copy business someplace else...
this is for the 3565 crater lake Hwy Medford store. I called this morning JJ answered the phone I asked about rails for my filing cabinet they didn't carry them but he did tell me where I could get them at I would give this man a 100 for customer service if I need another filing cabinet or a computer chair I would be going there to look for those items. Here is a message for you CARA NORDABY, the so-called manager of Office Depot/Office Max located on Roosevelt Blvd in Phila, PA: Remember you made a huge scene the other day, Monday, 5/17/2021, when I came into the store with a FedEx package without a face diaper, because I don't have Stockholm Syndrome and think I'm going to die of a "deadly virus" that has a well over 99% survival rate. The Marana location was outstanding a business return issue. Corina went out of her way to help me and was fantastic!
Dropped a FedEx Smartpost package off on March 1, 2021 and received a customer drop off receipt. Today is March 21, and package just now showing travel history. It is in North Houston. I made several calls to the store after a week of no tracking history and was told the person that took my package some how gave the package to USPS instead of FedEx. Don’t recommend for package drop off. At least package now tracking and on its way.
Horrible customer service! I asked an employee for help finding an item. After 30 seconds of helping me look, she bailed out and left me to search alone. I eventually found the item.. As I was leaving the store, I saw the employee standing around twiddling her thumbs and looking clueless again.
Terrible services. Disrespectful manager and one staffer. I will never going to spend any of my money in Blaine location.
