WORST PRINTING COMPANY EVER!!!! Like so many others I place an order on Monday, small easy project was guaranteed it by Friday, it’s Saturday still not here get three different run around production numbers to call... THEY HAVEN’T EVEN STARTED IT! Oh and it gets better they can even change the freaking shipping address without oh yes canceling it and STARTING OVER! I have used Fedex forever because they ALWAYS get the job done and typically early! I thought I would give Office Depot one more try because they were much cheape... read more

Was in line to buy a printer and a couple behind me in line asked a clerk that was walking by them “excuse me, can I ask you a quick question?” The clerk gave the couple a very nasty look and said “Off the Clock!” And proceeded to walk out the door. This guy was about as rude as someone could be. So Office Depot of Denton just lost a 200$ sale cause of him! Never going back!

Had them to place an order to be delivered. Item not in store. Never arrived. They failed. Now they say they refunded to my card. Nothing shows up on the account. Now I have no merchandise, no money & customer service is in the Philippines! Nobody cares or can fix this! I want to SCREAM!!!
