I just had a wonderful experience at this Office Depot location today. I am a very satisfied customer. They were out of the paper that was on sale that I wanted so they substituted another one and allowed me to use my coupon. I will be back for sure if they keep up their customer service like this!
went into the store to order two prints and waited an Hour for them because John would Not help the new worker. This is Not the first time this has happened. I was the first and Only customer waiting from 1:30 and the Last one to leave at 3:00pm. #unacceptable!!! they were Only Color prints
DO NOT USE THIS PRINTING SERVICE!!! They do NOT know how to read the instructions that are sent, the files that are reviewed online, and they aren't willing to learn but instead will just refund your money and tell you to go to another store!! Super unprofessional!!! (and clearly I should have read the reviews and I would have realized there was a problem)...customer service and presenting a good product are so important in business!
Went in tonight to have 12 glossy 8x10 prints and first off I encounter a very rude girl in the photo area who lets me just stand there while she plays on computer. She didn't even do much as too say anything to me like I will be with you in just a second or is there something I can help you with. When I ask if I can just ask a question and she rudely am says in just a minute. So I told her never mind. Heck she didn't care she finished playing and left.
