The evening manager (who on another note should clean up a little more for a job catering to primarily companies and small business or at least shower!) and staff working during back to school season have been behaving like complete children every time I have stopped in there after work. The manager & staff need to stop playing games and disregarding customer. I never get this lack of service from the day staff

I have been a valid customer for years at Office Depot in Parker, CO off of Main Street area. No more. A girl named Darlene has worked there for years. She tragically passed away last week. And the store has not did anything for the family or give them any condolences. An ex employee had to put a sign up in there. I emailed a 1500 page order to be printed. When I showed up at the Office Depot to pick up my order 24 hours later, it was not finished so I asked them to call me when it was. I'm new to town, and apparently there is a service called "same day service." If you just hold on until the morning to email your document and make sure you send in your order by 2:00PM, they'll finish it by 9PM if you include the request for same day service in your order. Megan I have been coming to Office Depot for a while, and have not seen a better, nicer, more helpful person than Megan. She is one the the best greeter I have seen in a long time.
