Worst experience ever. Didn’t have an item in stock and I was willing to pick the floor model. First the sales guy refused to sell saying he ‘knows for a fact’ they have it. He went in the back and said yup we have a black color. I had picked the gray one! Then the manager came and said ok we are going to charge you additional for the assembly. WTF. You don’t have an item in stock, I am willing to buy a floor model that looks like it’s slightly used and now you want me to pay you to take it away?? Finally bought it but this ... read more
