I just spent over 25 minutes at the counter trying to mail a package. The workers couldn't figure out how to print the shipping labels. I could have gone to the post office ,in and out in five minutes. Waste of my lunch break and got nothing accomplished.
Workers were not friendly. Wanted a laptop and it was like I was bothering them. The guy who went get it was not very helpful. Horrible service. The cashier was more interested in her phone and her nails. Will not come back. Should have waited to go to the one in Houma or to best buy where you are somewhat appreciated.
The manager Eric is awesome! But the techs you put my hard drive in laptop! Broke my screen!
