I purchased an HP Pavilion with a two year extended warranty. My hard drive crashed in the first year and because it was still under the manufacturers warranty, they had me mail it to HP. HP sent me a pretty complicated packing system. I did my best to ship my PC safely. They received my PC with a damaged screen and because I had no proof that I shipped it without a cracked screen they denied my claim and did nothing to repair the $800 dollar computer I purchased!!!! So frustrated with this situation.
