horrible experience. I emailed two separate sets of blue prints to be printed. I go in to pick the orders up this morning, to my surprise, they are not bound, separated or in any kind of order. so I spend an hour going through them only to discover twelve of the 53 pages they charged for, were missing.
Returned an item today without a receipt. It happens and I was fine with just getting store credit, BUT the store would not even issue credit in the same amount that it would have cost me to purchase the item that day. Their "system" said that sometime in the past 6 months, the item had been on sale and that was the only amount they would grant in a refund. Better off buying from Staples.
