Terrible service. Ordered cards online five days ago that were due within 48-72 hours. It is now five days later and the cards are not even in print. I called the store on two different occasions to inquire about order status. The first time a CSR told me that he could not find where the order was placed though I had a order number etc. I waited over the weekend hoping my order would be shipped.
