I drove all the way over to the store, waited for them to open up just to get inside and find out that they do not have something that they advertised. When they send out a huge advertisement saying that they're going to have something for a penny, they should have that item in stock. If they do not have the item in stock then they should give a rain check not send me across town to a different store that hopefully has the product!
This store has become my closest supply store since OfficeMax merged and shut down. The store is a perpetual ghost town. I understand that on-line shopping is killing physical stores. I'd like to support physical stores, but the experience shopping there is so mediocre that they are driving me to on-line. My recent business card order was wrong in so many ways. It would be tedious to list them and the process required way to much time to get started and completed, so there is no way I will do it again (with them at least). I... read more
