I went to this Office Depot because I needed to get a couple of basic office supplies. How foolish! They did not have an air duster or a computer cord holder. They did have plenty of gummy worms though. I had to go through a whole mess of online ordering and account creating nonsense just to get these two small but essential office items. What is the point of this big dumb store?
As a biracial woman I’m appalled at the customer service at this location!! I asked for assistance at the print center and explained I needed assistance. The young woman pointed at the self service area and I asked if she could print some due to the importance of the documents. She printed them and the remaining documents I went to the self service.
