Well today the guy behind the counter ruined my laminated item and offered no apologies. Thanks for that.
Super rude customer service. Considering you wouldn't expect much from an office store anyway in the way of customer service. But when we asked the print service employee named John for help. He was very dismissive. We missed one of his questions, and he stated, " answer my question first." Just plain unnecessary rudeness and resistance. I hate having to review an office depot of all places, but this wasn't okay.
Awesome service! I had a banner printed, and it was ready in just an hour. The quality was excellent, and the staff was very fast and friendly. If you need quick and professional printing, I highly recommend this location. I’ll definitely be coming back for future needs!
