The team here couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Desperately needed some printing done on a Sunday and the self service was a godsend. Richard stood out and was very helpful and welcoming and demonstrated excellent customer experience. 5 stars for him. Store has loads of choice and good availability.
I absolutely hate writing negative reviews but this place along with the employees made me very compelled to do so. I came in yesterday to look at some desks to find one to potentially order and placed an order through the store. Before I did, I asked if they offered any furniture assembly services and the guy I was talking to said yes and gave me a piece of paper with the number to call to schedule it.
