Kudos to JOHN!! He saved my day. He was working front desk and came over on his own to help me fax some papers. I didn’t know what I was doing. He continued checking to make sure the fax went through. I NEVER EVER had an employee come over to help me without being asked! You go JOHN!
If you want printing to be done ask for this young black girl named Chris she's know what she's doing and very patient
Very poor customer service! The lady that helped me in the printing department had a bad attitude never coming back to this place ever again!!!!
I originally intended to give 3 stars due to the store looking a bit run down. I had an on line order and had to ask where to pick it up. WS pointed to a ranch at the end of an aisle. My item was not on the rack. Not that happy with their system. What turned my opinion was the gentleman who, without being asked, brought my item to my vehicle. Super polite. I would suggest they move the on line order help button to a higher visibility location or use some signage. Will return.
