the worse office I have ever been in ....3 printers to use and 95% of the time they are down ......understaffed in the printing area .....joke to try and fedex packages from here .....I "always" see people leave the registers because of the backed up line then the same in the print and copy area .......what a joke with the heat/ac unit .....I would rather speak to someone about more issues instead of having to write a book .....
Edward went above and beyond to help me print a lot of items for a baby shower I was doing. I highly recommend you go see him!!
You advertise "fax services" but fax machine doesn't work?! Employee responded "other people have been faxing all day". Well, another customer walked away ahead of me after HER 3 attempts failed!! Rude response to say the least.
Filthy store, very rude employees.... Really disgusting!
