Came up there to print a lot of things for my classroom. After I emailed the link to the Office Depot email, another gentleman came by and needed help returning his item. I’m fine with that. What I wasn’t okay with is that I (timed it) stood there for ten minutes waiting for he guy to finish. Not once did he try to start he email and printing process while I waited. Bad customer service had me on hold longer than 10 min
We was there today and treated my 5 year old grandson like crap. The cashier was so hateful. I will be calling corporate in the morning. Hateful store as ever. You are a rude place to treat a 5 year old
