Might want to talk to your staff about what customer service is. Walked up to go in during recent snowy weather. I literally needed ONE item that could not wait until thr next day and Office Depot is the only that carries it in store. My path was blocked by an employee who started waving her hands vigorously in my face stating "no, we're closed" while shaking her head. Always excellent customer service, especially in the print and copy department!
I was in this store on Saturday and they didn’t greet me and when asked where something was they didn’t know. A price check had to be done but they didn’t know how to do it. The cashier was texting and had to have my email before I could make the purchase. I have a friend that works for Office Depot in another state and she gave me the information I needed geez they sent me a questionnaire and then sent me a generic response how rude

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service.
Horrible place! Not good customer service at all! You mess up on a order ignore me and check other people out. Never coming here again! The manager was rude also.
