"Tom" went above and beyond the call of duty by putting me in touch with a local small business that he thought would sell the product I was looking for. Office Depot did not carry the product and hasn't carried it in years, but Tom looked up a place in the yellow pages for me. Great customer service!
Literally the worst customer service ever. I only come here when there are no other options. It took 2 clerks to find the item I needed (red flag: the 1st clerk told me he wasn't tech savvy. His backup wasn't either so luckily we stumbled upon it.) The cashier in the print department, when I gave her my paper work PO asked me, "don't you know how to use a card?
