Walked all over the store buying items that most stores don’t carry. Helpful employees who help me find items I couldn’t find on my own.
The sales associate was very nice. Answered any questions I had. Did not feel bothered that I came in 30 minutes before closing. Held a pleasant conversation as In was checking out and encouraged me to come back....and I will.
I didn't know that when you were in line waiting for copy and print services that the person behind you got served before you. AFTER waiting 5 mins for the person in front of me to finish up. That girl needs to be trained on customer service. Horrible!
I have used this particular location for all of my office needs. They are always friendly, helpful, and courteous. I won't use another store.
They have no customer service! Took my new laptop in to ask a question and all they could day is if we do anything you have to pay. If you have a problem call the manufature! Then told me to get out of the store.
