Just left store after shopping for a computer desk. Wife and I looked over displays, actually agreed on one that was on the floor but not in stock. Not in warehouse and you cannot ship it later. Will not sell floor model. Priced at $$289.. Darn we wanted it..

I would like to give a shout out to Brian and his associates at Office Depot store #258 in Orange Park (technically Jacksonville) for going above and beyond in the Copy/Print center. Brian and the other associates were able to give quick and helpful service to the 20+ customers that were in line while I was there......and all the while they were able to keep their cool and keep smiling! Slowly but surely, I am running out of places to shop. Suggestion... If your not going to tell me thank you for me giving you my hard earned money, or even announce to me what my total is, rather than just pointing at the little machine that takes my $$ via my debit card, why don't you just post a sign on the front door telling me that your service is terrible and that your employees are rude! This way you don't waste MY time and I don't give you MY $$$, because you could obviously give a crap less about your customer servic... read more
