The customer service is absolutely ridiculous. They are rude and all act as though they hate their jobs. Even the managers. I will be calling corporate

They get the award for the worst service in town. I always end up at best buy anyway.
I have a bad thing with them I gave them 2 books to put holes in them well that was wensday I went back Saturday afternoon to get the books well she found them and they were never done she gave them to me and didn't even say anything about it like that to bad oh yeah that's how it went at office depot..
They have good Customer Service and I love the discounts that I get for being a LegalShield Associate.
