This store is the worse.. I have gone in on several different occasions to get items they have advertised and even used the pick up app to see if the item is in stock .. the items are never in stock.. so yesterday 6/10/2020, I went in for a wireless mouse and keyboard , nope not there.. so I had a package of pens and decided since I was told orange city has 5 of what I was looking for , that I would just get my pens at orange city. so I set them down on a shelf and walked out, the next thing I know I'm in the parking lot wal... read more

Sick and tired of TWO easily reparative measures in this store. Number one, when it's marked clearance, make sure it's coded to ring up clearance. Number two, fix your checkout line; the last two times I'm there, people are all confounded on how to enter and proceed through your checkout line and they start fights with other patrons in line properly. Not very happy with office depot right this minute. I purchased an All in one printer Sept 2014. It has never really worked like it should have & is not working at all now. I purchased the extra 2 year plan on it, not doing me any good. I have been on the phone with I don't know how many people they keep sending me to someone else saying its not their place. Now after 1 hr again with someone that doesn't speak good English he tells me it is my computer so he tells me to call Microsoft, they tell me for 99.00 they will try & ... read more
