The copy and print department is awesome. The red head, Ericka, is very helpful and knowledgeable. She designed a sign for my work that the president of my company loves and is planning on sending copies nation wide. Great help, great service. Keep up the good work.

I purchased a laptop less than three weeks ago. I had problems with the warranty information on Dell's website, so I took the product back to the store. At that time, I was asked if I had purchased their extended warranty. I had not (I did not have the budget for that). I was told that the purchase was more than two weeks old, so they could not help me, contact Dell. I was told to try Dell's chat feature, which I just discovered is only Monday-Friday.
