Terrible customer service!!! Was told Over the phone that I could return an item and get my money back because it didn't work, when I went into the store the guy told me that I COULDN'T return it and he literally just walked away from me after I told him what I was told by one of HIS employees over the phone the day before! NEVER going back and I WILL be calling corporate tomorrow.

People are either rude or uninformed at this location. It's unfortunate because they are the most convenient one for my neighborhood. Initially I thought it was an isolated occurrence, but nope this is the case, always.
