Unfortunately, FedEx doesn’t pick up on weekends from this store. I was not informed of this nor is it posted. I was told a package overnight air would be delivered on Monday by 2 pm when dropping it off before noon on Sunday. I learned at 3 pm Monday, when my package had not been received that it was just picked up by Fed Ex Monday morning and delivery would be Tuesday before 2 pm. Print center always seems understaffed
I bought an $800 laptop with antivirus software as a bundle. After a month started having issues. Took it in and it's full of viruses and they said that the antivirus was never installed on it and if it got uninstalled by mistake it will still show and it doesnt. When i reset my computer i went to reinstall antivirus and it says that its already installed on the computer so the tech guy had to have uninstalled it to get money from me. They said since it was bought in a bundle they won't fix it unless I pay $179. Never again ... read more
Customer service at this store is majorly lacking. I was happy with the print quality of my one page, full color document, but the staff interaction was disappointing. I had to call to see if my order was ready (5 color copies on plain card stock). I had asked to be notified via text, which I never received. I arrived to pickup my order and only one person was working the counter and she was with a customer. She didn't greet me, just asked for backup. I emailed documents to be printed for my businesses right before 1pm. I called and confirmed those were received. I communicated the type of paper and size. I called one more time as I neglected to ask what time those would be ready. I was told around 6. I show up closer to 7. I need to take tomorrow. I need to be @ work before store opens.
