Visit to buy hp ink cartridges, when I asked the store manager Susan to price match with Target, she made me to take Office Depot business subscription for $50. She said she will refund that in 48hrs but it did not happen. When I spoke to her she asked me to come in person and when I came she was not there. Nathen the assistant manager is nice he found a way to refund it.
Nathan, one of the store managers, provided me with excellent, professional, knowledgeable and efficient customer service to make my purchase and to Ashley with a polite and courteous checkout including the price check reduction provided by Nathan.
