Went to get an 8×10 photo printed from my phone. The initial wait was a bit long, about 10 minutes. Then the lady that helped us was very nice and helpful, and the picture came out beautiful. Be aware there is a $5 minimum for services though.
The best customer service! I just got helped by a wonderful employee when I was printing something out 10/10.

Went into the store today with my husband and 24 year old son looking for Pokemon cards. My son asked if they carried them and the employees response was a very rude NO. Meanwhile, I hopped in line to make a small purchase. Hubby and son headed to the car while I paid. The employees then started talking about my husband and son making some horrible accusations. This was extremely unprofessional. If I had not been shocked, I would have said something.
