Fantastic shopping experience! The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to find exactly what I needed. I always leave with a smile and everything on my list!
Customer service here was top tier. They were super nice and attentive. I told them about my situation that I needed a project to be printed out as a bind book within an hour. They printed it the same day after 2pm. I appreciate them for doing that. I was more than satisfied.
Manager was extremely rude. Close down the store 20 minutes early Worst customer service experience. I would recommend every other Office Depot except this branch.
I absolutely have loved this Office Depot for many years to help me with printing and or any questions for projects I am doing. However, today I went in and was waiting for a while for questions to be answered in the copy area, so I thought maybe I can ask the cashier that was checking people out a simple question. I went to get paper cut I dropped the paper off and I asked for very specific measurements they said it would be ready the next day I go in at noon and they tell me it’s not ready yet so okay fine he tells me it’ll be ready by 6 fine I come back at 6 and pick it up it’s all completely wrong it’s not the right size at all but the paper is already cut and ruined so I should’ve just don’t this myself biggest waste of time the point was to pay money to save me time and now has completely ruined my project I was working on and ne... read more
