Bought a computer there for my wife for Christmas 2016. Just this week it wouldn't hold a charge anymore. Dropped it off at their store Saturday afternoon, August 4, 2018, telling them that it wouldn't hold a charge anymore. The gentlemen that took our computer said that they would get back to us within 24 hours to let us know something. 48 hours later, having not heard back from the store I called them only to find out that they couldn't diagnose the problem because the computer wouldn't "boot up". Office Depot have terrible customer service. I came in to ship a package and the representative "Brenda" did not greet me. However she proceeds to ask me if the package I was holding had glass in it. I told her no. She said well it says it is fragile so I have to ask. What happen to saying "Welcome to Office Depot, how may I help you". Terrible service, dumb employees. Asked for help, and all of those idiots ignored me. Left, called back and asked for the corporate phone number and the manager on duty decides to hang up. Finally got to corporate and they're just as useless. I'd gone in to buy a printer, laptop a Keurig and some school supplies. Glad I didn't. They'll never get my business.
